Redemption: Gift codes can be redeemed for products on our e-commerce store. Enter the code at checkout to apply the discount.

Expiration: Gift codes may have expiration dates, which will be indicated at the time of issuance. Expired gift codes will not be honored.

Non-transferability: Gift codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes: You can expect your items to arrive 7-10 business days after the order has been placed. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to selected countries. Additional fees and restrictions may apply.

Eligibility: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in their original packaging. Certain items, such as personalized or clearance items, are non-returnable.

Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team for instructions. Return shipping costs for exchanges are covered by IEB.

Damaged Items: IEB will cover and replace any damaged items.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will only be issued for the price of the item, not the original shipping costs.

Order Cancellation: You can only cancel the order if it hasn’t been shipped. Please contact customer support immediately if you need to cancel an order.
